For those of you who live in the Portland metro area, I want to let you know that the Mag-Big store is now open for business. They opened October 15th and had their grand opening last weekend. I stopped in yesterday to have a peek and found a precious store with handmade goods made by over 100 of Portland's fabulous artists and crafters. There is the store space but the other great thing about Mag-Big is that there is also a separate gallery space, which is now exhibiting the work of Lucia Johnson .
Cassie is the sweet, young owner and mastermind behind this wonderful retail shop and gallery that is all about supporting community, local artisans and locally made goods. What a great place to start your holiday shopping! You can visit Mag-Big at 3279 SE Hawthorne Blvd. Congratulations Cassie!!
